Support Coordination (Level 2) is suited to participants who need guidance to understand their plan, connect with the right providers and keep things on track. We help you make sense of your options, build a reliable support team and feel more confident using your funding day to day.
Level 3 Coordination
Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) is suited to participants with more complex needs or multiple services involved, such as housing, health, justice or community services. We work alongside you and your network to stabilise your situation, reduce risks and coordinate everyone around a clear plan.
